Meet the Founders

Bite Me Baby is run by sisters Anna & Ewa – two food lovers with a passion for bold flavors and playful street food. Inspired by our travels and love for sharing great food, we created a food truck that’s all about tasty, fun, and memorable bites.

And of course, we’re never alone – our two chihuahuas, Napoleon & Guinness, are always by our side, making sure every food adventure comes with a wagging tail 🐾.

Bite Me Baby was born when we realised that working for head offices just wasn’t for us – so we decided to grab the wheel (literally and figuratively!) and become our own bosses. Best decision ever! 🚚✨

Napoleon – Our little boss with a big attitude! He keeps us on our toes, inspires our bold flavors, and is always with us on shift (haha!).

Guinness – The sweet, playful one who loves snacks almost as much as we do. His energy reminds us to make every bite fun and memorable, and he never misses a day on the truck! 🐾

We are truly delighted to partner with Layers Bakery, a lovely, artisanal bakery located in the heart of East London (E14). Baked daily in Orchard Place, Layers delivers exquisite breads, pastries, and brunch treats to patrons and wholesale customers alike — offering fresh, thoughtfully crafted goods 362 days a year. Layers was founded from a shared passion for extraordinary baking. The bakery is run by three skilled creators — Chelsea, Giulia, and Faye. Their craftsmanship isn’t just about flavor—it’s about art and dedication. Layers is celebrated for its impeccable pastries and breads, and its welcoming café atmosphere is loved by locals and visitors alike. We are proud to support this inspiring women-led enterprise, embodying the spirit of “Women Supporting Women in Business.” Working with Layers Bakery means collaborating with true masters — creators who bring warmth, skill, and local excellence into every loaf and pastry.
